2022 Crudo Rose

Made from Shiraz grapes sourced from 15 year old vines with maturation taking place in a 4000 litre French oak foudre. Translucent salmon pink in colour with orange tints. Fragrant spicy raspberry and peach scents intermingle with hints of blood orange and wet stone notes. Crunchy water melon, peach and citrus fruits sit over a bed of river stones and minerals. Finishes dry, crisp and a little edgy with a gentle tang to the lip smackingly fresh aftertaste.
