Brilliant water like colour with a subtle tint of green to the edges. Intense lime, citrus and orange rind scents jump out of the glass followed by some talc and chalky mineral notes. Zesty lime and lemon fruits race across the palate with notions of wet steel and flinty mineral characters lying underneath. Dry crisp finish with a crunchy fresh aftertaste.
