2022 Corryton Burge Cabernet Sauvignon

A medium to full bodied Cabernet flush with blackcurrant and dark plum fruits.

Dense pitch black dark red heart with a dark red black tinged hue. Elevated ripe blackcurrant and liquorice aromas are followed by some tobacco, toasty oak, earthy black olive and spicy dried herb notes. Medium to full in body, the palate is flush with blackcurrant and dark plum fruits which are intertwined with cigar box, earthy black olive and spicy dried herb elements. Sturdy fine grained tannins with a ripe medium to long conclusion.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
