2022 Cloudy Bay Chardonnay

Rich and concentrated with a creamy like textural feel.

Brilliant pale straw colour with flashes of green to the edges and a watery hue. Intense ripe peach, nectarine and pear aromas fill the nostrils followed by some biscuity oak, subtle citrusy nougat and gun flint notes. Rich, fleshy white peach and nectarine fruits are in the drivers seat with notions of dried honey, cashew, biscuity oak and infusions of gun flint layered across the back half. Creamy like textural feel. Excellent concentration with a long beautifully fleshed finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
