2022 Cirillo Single Vineyard Shiraz

Matured in a combination of seasoned French and American oak for a period of 10 months. Impenetrable inky black heart with a deep dark red black hue. Intense ripe dark plum, liquorice and black cherry fruits are interwoven with smoky vanillin cedar, fennel, earth and peppered meat notes. Medium to full in body, seductive dark plum and liquorice fruits are layered across the mid weighted palate with smoky vanillin cedar, fennel and peppered meat elements lying underneath. Finishes with ample freshness, very polished tannins and a slippery textured peppery smoked meat laced conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
