A spicy medium bodied Dolcetto with bright acidity, slightly chalky tannins and a gently rustic finish.
Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Spicy morello cherry and liquorice scents fill the nostrils trailed by some dark plum, scorched earth and dried herb notes. The spicy medium bodied palate features a savoury mix of dark cherry, red liquorice, earth and dried herb flavours. Bright acidity and slightly chalky tannins with a gently rustic mid length finish.
