Matured for 8 months in French oak with regular lees stirring. Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Peach and nectarine aromas mix with toasty oak and spice notes. Fleshy peach and ripe nectarine fruits are underscored by some gentle honeycomb, toasty oak and spice elements. Mid weighted it combines a well judged freshness with a cream tinged finish.
