Partially fermented and matured in new French oak. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe peach and tropical fruits mix with some toasty vanillin like notes and spicy nougat. Fleshy peach and nectarine fruits overlay a lightly toasted vanillin oak and spice back drop. Nicely rounded texturally it finishes dry with a lick of fresh acidity and a gently creamed aftertaste.
