A blend of 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Sémillon and 20% Colombard. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pronounced aromas of herbaceous gooseberries and green apples are interwoven with grassy asparagus and subtle pencil shaving notes. Light, elegant and dry the palate features herbaceous gooseberry, citrus and green apple flavours over a grassy back drop of delicate pencil shavings and spice. Crisp acidity with a fresh savoury conclusion.
