Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Intense lemon and lime aromas spring out of the glass followed by some orange rind, chalky talc and oily mineral like notes. Zesty lime juice and lemon fruits are underscored by piercing laser like acidity. Granny Smith apple, wet steel, chalky talc and flinty mineral characters lie underneath. Taut, linear feel finishing dry, steely and zippy.
