A nicely fleshed, dark to black fruited Central Otago Pinot.
Certified organic. Dark red core with black toned edges and a dark to brick red hue. Nosing offers up aromas of ripe dark to black cherry and anise which are complimented by brambly cedar, dried herbs and spicy earth. Light to medium weight and nicely fleshed, dark to black cherry, dark plum and anise flavours are featured over a scorched earth, dried herb and spicy cedar background. Slightly grainy tannins with a spicy mid length finish.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
