Deep dark red black colour with a bright purple hue. Attractive dark raspberry and blueberry scents show ample aromatic lift with some red liquorice, inky earth, fresh herb and spice notes also evident. Deliciously fresh and juicy raspberry, blueberry and red liquorice fruits sit over an inky earth and spice back drop. Dry slightly chalky tannins combine with youthfully bright acidity to form a vibrantly fruited finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.

The 2022 Dolcetto d'Alba Trifolè is a very pleasant, easygoing wine to drink now and over the next few years. Floral and fruity, with lovely balance, the 2022 is impeccably done. Crushed flowers, sweet red berry fruit, mint and lavender build nicely into the finish. This laid back Dolcetto is a charmer. Drink 2023-2028.
