Brilliant water like colour with a subtle glimmer of green around the edges. Powerful lime, citrus and orange rind scents leap from the glass followed by some talc, green apple and mineral notes. Crunchy lime and citrus fruits are underscored by steely mineral infused acidity with some green apple and chalky talc characters also apparent. Finishes dry, zesty and minerally.
