Brilliant water like colour with a distinct glimmer of green shading the edges. Nosing presents aromas of lightly spiced green apples, lime juice, lemon, chalky mineral and subtle wet stone notes. Refreshing green apple and lime flavours drive the mouth watering palate which is underscored by crunchy acidity. Notions of freshly squeezed lemon juice, wet stone and flinty minerals are also apparent. Finishes dry with a long focused aftertaste.
