Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Aromas of green apple and lime fill the nostrils with some pear and stony mineral notes also evident. Delicious pear, green apple and lime fruits are delivered with terrific intensity. Infusions of fresh herbs and stony mineral characters lie underneath. Nicely rounded texturally it finishes dry and crisp with a long scrumptious aftertaste.
