Brilliant water like colour with a subtle tinge of green around the outskirts. Pungent herbaceous gooseberry, green apple and citrus aromas sail out of the glass trailed by some grassy asparagus and flinty mineral notes. Greeting the palate is a mouth watering mix of gooseberry and passionfruit flavours underscored by green apple and herbaceous grassy asparagus like elements. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a refreshingly elegant aftertaste.
