The 2022 Kostas Rind Chardonnay was aged in French oak barrels, 25% of which were new, for 10 months before being bottled in late February. Expect grapefruit, lemon, and a touch of jasmine blossom, which should evolve into creamy and savory/spicy notes with time. The palate is full, fresh, chalky, and zesty, with a smooth and harmonious character. While it's still young, aging it carefully for five years will enhance its complexity and texture.
