Aged in 2500 litre Austrian foudre.
Intense and juicy flavour. Lime juice, apple pie, almond and peach tea, with a spicy cinnamon and white flower overlay, and a subtle petrol note. It’s zesty and packed with flavour, a real mouth-watering affair of honey and lime juice and lemon zest, a chalky pucker of phenolic grip, and a jasmine tea and apricot finish of excellent length and chalky texture. So much zing and energy. So good. Drink 2023 - 2029+
