Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge to the edges. The nose is showing early signs of development with aromas of lime, citrus and orange rind tinged with oily steel like notes and talc. Very lean and tense palate with lemon, lime and Granny Smith apple flavours underscored by piercing steely mineral infused acidity. Dry austere tightly wound finish.
