2022 Balgownie Black Label Pinot Noir

Deep dark red colour with black shaded edges and a dark red hue. Perfumed scents of violets, red to dark cherries, strawberries and subtle hints of anise show terrific intensity with dried herb and spice notes ensuing. Light in body, delicious cherry and strawberry fruits are to the fore with fresh herb infusions, forest floor and spice lying underneath. Fine grained tannins finishing with good freshness on what is an elegant mid length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
