2022 Auld Family Wines Wilberforce Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a subtle tinge of green around the edges. Jumping out of the glass are distinct lemon and lime scents which are complimented by some orange rind, talc and light mineral notes. Very concentrated and powerful the palate is filled with lime, citrus and orange rind fruits which engulf every corner of the mouth. Chalky talc and mineral characters lie underneath. A viscous texture counterpointed by crunchy acidity. Finishes long and scrumptious.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
