A blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Roussanne. Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Elevated peach and ripe nectarine scents intermix with hints of honeysuckle, nougat, bees wax and spice. Rich peach, nectarine and apricot fruits carry a full texturally rounded feel with subtle honeysuckle and citrusy nougat elements lying underneath. Nicely balanced acidity finishing with a fruit driven mid length aftertaste.
