Matured for 10 months in seasoned French oak. Dense inky black heart with a bright dark red purple hue. Elevated maraschino cherry and raspberry aromas are intertwined with dried herb and spicy cinnamon notes. Fleshy morello cherry, liquorice and raspberry fruits overlay vanillin earth, dried herbs and spice. Finishes with good freshness, fine grained tannins and a bright savoury aftertaste.
