Brilliant water like colour with highlights of green skirting the edges. Pronounced lime notes jump out of the glass trailed by Granny Smith apple, citrus, wet steel and flinty mineral characters. Zesty lime and green apple fruits drive the mouth watering palate. Racy acidity with a dash of lemon, wet steel and mineral characters also chiming in. Dry crunchy finish showing excellent concentration with an aftertaste that’s long and zippy. Great value.
