2022 All Saints Estate Sangiovese Cabernet

Fruit was sourced from the Rutherglen and Alpine Valleys regions with only 3% of the wine matured in oak. Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Red currant and dark cherry aromas rise out of the glass followed by hints of tobacco, dusty earth and spice. The elegant mid weighted palate features red currant and dark cherry fruits over a delicate tobacco, earth, dried herb and spice back drop. Fine grained tannins with a refined, savoury conclusion.
