Certified organic and biodynamic. Dark red in colour with black shaded edges and a vibrant light purple hue. Fragrant raspberry, cherry and red liquorice scents blossom out of the glass with some fresh herb and spicy pepper notes also evident. Juicy dark raspberry, red liquorice and ripe cherry flavours are light and fresh in their feel yet amply concentrated. Notions of earth, subtle dried herbs and spice linger on the back half. Slightly grippy tannins and energetic acidity provide definition. Long succulent yet sturdy red fruit filled finish.
