2022 3 Drops Riesling

Brilliant water like core with a distinct greenish tinge around the outskirts. Lifted lime, green apple and lemon scents are trailed by wet steel and flinty mineral notes. Intense lime, citrus and Granny Smith apple fruits are backed by a steely acid structure. Talc and slatey mineral characters linger on the back half. Finishes dry and crisp with a long zippy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
