2021 Yering Station Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw colour with distinct highlights of green skirting the edges and a watery hue. Expressive white peach, nectarine and dried honey aromas meld into biscuity oak, light nougat and spice. Flavours of white peach, pear and dried honey are nicely fleshed out across the elegant mid weighted palate. Subtle biscuity oak, citrusy nougat and spice characters lurk underneath. Finishes refined and fresh with a faint creaminess to the aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
