2021 Yelland & Papps Shiraz

Pitch black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Ascending from the glass are pretty aromatics of spicy plum, liquorice and blueberry infused with dried clove. Also evident are vanillin cedar, scorched earth and peppered meat notes. Rich, lush and silky the mouthfilling palate features dark plum and liquorice fruits over some blueberry, vanillin cedar, subtle scorched earth and peppered dried herb elements. Velvet smooth yet nicely structured tannins. Finishes fresh and long, flush with a mix of blue and dark fruits.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
