Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Intense ripe peach, honeysuckle and apricot aromas fill the nostrils followed by hints of toast, ginger and spice. Rich and texturally viscous the palate features mouthfilling pear, peach, apricot and honeysuckle flavours over a delicate roasted nut and ginger spice back drop. Finishes dry and fresh with a long creamy ginger spice and roasted infused aftertaste.
