2021 Yalumba Samuel’s Collection Barossa Shiraz

Pitch black heart with a deep dark purple black hue. Pronounced aromas of ripe dark plum, blackberry and liquorice drift from the glass followed by some vanillin cedar, hints of dark chocolate and spice. Rich and plush the medium to full bodied palate is decorated with dark plum, liquorice and blackberry fruit which overlays a vanillin oak, subtle dark chocolate and spice back drop. Velvet smooth tannins with a medium to long silky textured finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
