2021 Yabby Lake Vineyard Single Vineyard Syrah

Aged for 14 months in French oak puncheons. Midnight black in colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Elevated spicy plum and liquorice aromas meld into smoky vanillin cedar, fennel and peppered meat notes. Mid weighted and fleshy textured, rich red to dark plum and liquorice fruits overlay a smoky vanillin cedar, dried meat and peppered earth back drop. Ample freshness with polished tannins and a refined yet juicy mid length finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
