2021 Yabby Lake Single Vineyard Pinot Noir

Fermented with 10% whole bunches and matured in French oak (20% new). Semi translucent dark red colour with black shaded edges and a bright light red hue. Delightfully fragrant the nose offers up perfumed violet like scents followed by red to dark cherry, winter strawberry, anise, spicy cedar, forest floor and fresh herb notes. Silky yet fresh upon entry the palate features ripe red cherry and strawberry fruits over subtle anise, spicy cedar, forest floor and infusions of fresh herbs. Supplely textured with very polished tannins and lively acidity it concludes long and elegant.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
