2021 Woodstock Collett Lane Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Rich, bold and generous with a firm backbone.

Matured in French and American oak for a period of 18 months. Dense pitch black heart with a very deep dark red black hue. Ripe blackcurrant, dark plum and liquorice aromas waft out of the glass followed by spicy vanillin cedar, tobacco, black olive and dried herb notes. Rich, bold and generous, the full bodied palate is swamped with lush blackcurrant, dark plum and liquorice fruits. Vanillin cedar, spicy tobacco, earth and black olive elements the undercard. Firmish tannins impart some grip onto the ripe yet robust finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
