2021 Wild Olive Organic Shiraz

Certified organic. Dense inky black in colour with a deep bright dark purple hue. Elevated dark plum, liquorice and freshly crushed dark cherry aromas rise from the glass followed by some inky pencil lead like notes and pepper. Medium bodied with good generosity of fruit, youthful dark cherry and liquorice flavours sit over an earthy back drop. Some blackpepper characters are also present. Bright acidity with slightly chalky tannins and a juicy yet touch muscular finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
