2021 Whistler Shiver Shiraz

Includes 20% whole bunch fruit with maturation taking place in older French oak for 12 months. Midnight black dark purple colour with a deep dark purple hue. Elevated violet, dark cherry, plum and liquorice aromas meld into some dried herb and vanillin cedar notes. Medium bodied with a soft fleshy feel the palate features juicy blueberry, plum and liquorice fruits over a vanillin cedar, light spicy dried herb and earth back drop. Polished tannins finishing with good freshness and a savoury aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
