2021 Whistler Atypical Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a bright purple red hue. Pronounced liquorice and dark plum aromas are intermeshed with dried clove, fennel and peppered earth notes. The mid weighted palate features expressive dark plum, blueberry and liquorice fruits which show good richness over a subtle dried clove, vanillin cedar, fennel and peppered earth background. Fleshy mouth feel with velvety tannins. Finishes with good freshness to the juicy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
