Brilliant very pale straw colour with subtle highlights of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Intense white peach and ripe pear aromas intermix with hints of honeycomb, lemon butter, crème brulee, nougat and biscuity oak. Mouth filling flavours of fleshy white peach, nectarine and ripe pear are underscored by dried honey, biscuity oak, subtle spicy nougat and traces of crème brulee. Finishes fresh with a delicately creamy texture. The aftertaste long, refined and focused.
