Ultra dense inky black in colour with an equally deep black bright dark red hue. Elevated dark to black plum and liquorice scents are married to morello cherry, vanillin cedar and spice notes. Rich and lush yet bright the palate is layered with black cherry, dark to black plum and liquorice fruits which overlay a back drop of toasty vanillin cedar, subtle earth and pepper. Vibrant acidity with slightly chalky tannins and a tense black fruited finish.
