Brilliant water like colour with a subtle tinge of green around the outskirts. Distinct lime, lemon and Granny Smith apple scents are intermeshed with wet steel and flinty mineral notes. Crunchy lemon and lime fruits are underpinned by zesty acidity with some green apple, mandarin and steely mineral elements on the back half. Finishes dry, crisp and snappy.
