Super saturated inky black in colour with an equally deep black dark red hue. Heady liquorice, black cherry and black plum aromas fill the nostrils followed by vanillin oak, hints of mocha, earth and peppered fennel like notes. Rich luscious blackberry, liquorice and black plum fruits have a vibrant yet opulent feel. Vanillin oak, traces of mocha and spicy earth lie underneath. Possesses a firm yet integrated tannin structure and like all of the 2021 Warrabilla’s the acidity is quite high. Displays Parola’s trademark power finishing long and deeply fruited.
