2021 Warrabilla Parola’s Limited Release Cabernet Sauvignon

Incredible super saturated pitch black colour with an equally deep black dark red hue. Evolving out of the glass are ripe blackcurrant and dark plum scents followed by dusty vanillin cedar, dried herb and spicy tobacco notes. Rich and powerful, luscious cassis like flavours are backed by bright acidity and a sternly built tannin structure. Black plum, liquorice, graphite, earthy vanillin cedar and spicy tobacco characters ensue. Dense yet lively in its feel it concludes long, robust and powerful.
