2021 Valli Waitaki Vineyard Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pronounced ripe Jonathan apple and pear aromas mix with quince, subtle citrusy honeysuckle like notes and light musk. Nicely fleshed the palate features fresh pear and red apple fruits over a citrusy background of delicate honeysuckle and minerals. Finishes dry with vivid acidity and a brisk saline like aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
