2021 Tyrrell's Hunter Valley Semillon

Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Lime, green apple and pear scents jump out of the glass followed by wet steel and chalky talc like notes. Tasting riper than the 11.2% alcohol would suggest, intense lime, green apple and juicy pear fruits dominate the palate underscored by steely mineral characters. Wonderful expansive mouthfeel finishing dry and crisp with a long flavoursome aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
