Savoury and elegant Central Otago Pinot Noir.

Deep dark red core with black shaded edges and a red to dark red hue. Spicy rhubarb and red cherry aromas mix with some stalky cedar like notes, forest floor, dried herb and bramble scents. Savoury red cherry and rhubarb flavours meld into a stalky back drop of fresh herbs, bramble, earth and spicy cedar. Fine grained tannins and fresh acidity with an elegant mid length finish.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
