2021 Torn Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir

Semi translucent red to dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Evolving from the glass are fragrant aromas of violets, red to dark cherries and strawberries followed by hints of anise, forest floor and spicy cedar. Making a smooth entry onto the light weight palate are cherry, strawberry and subtle rhubarb fruits. Polished tannins with notions of forest floor and spicy cedar also chiming in. Balanced savoury medium length finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
