A plush medium bodied Sangiovese with prominent vanillin oak and a ripe, fleshy conclusion.
Aged for at least 24 months in oak barrels. Very deep dark red black heart with a dark red hue. Ripe blackcurrant and liquorice aromas waft through the nostrils trailed by vanillin oak, dark chocolate, earth and spice notes. Plush blackcurrant, liquorice and prominent vanillin oak flavours are layered across the medium bodied palate. Earthy dark chocolate and spice characters linger across the back half. Sturdy yet velvet like tannins with a ripe, fleshy mid length conclusion.
