2021 Thierry Laffay Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons

Lively and sculptured with a dry, tense finish.

Bright yellow straw colour with a watery hue. Captivating the olfactory senses are gorgeous pear, lime, oyster shell and subtle dried honey aromas with some wet stone notes trailing off into the distance. Lime, green pear and Granny Smith apple fruits are sculptured by lemony acidity with some chalky mineral characters lingering across the back half. Lively, it finishes dry and tense.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
