2021 The Wanderer Pinot Noir

Includes 20% whole bunch fruit with maturation taking place in large format oak (30% new) for a period of 11 months. Semi translucent bright red colour with a light red hue. An attractive bouquet of violets, red cherries and winter strawberries shows good fragrance out of the glass. Forest floor, light clove and spice notes also chime in. Light in body the delicious palate carries ample freshness and power delivering an expansive flavour profile of red cherries, strawberries and a dash of sour cherries. Polished tannins and vibrant acidity with some forest floor, subtle dried herb and spice characters chiming in on the savoury aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
