Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Top notes of pear and lime mix with red apple and hints of quince. Refreshing pear, lime and apple flavours overlay a quince like back drop. Finishes dry and crisp with a subtle flinty mineral character to the aftertaste which has a brisk feel.
